New Playground Markings for Stakeford Primary School, Northumberland
One of our most pleasing jobs in 2016 was the insatllation at Stakeford Primary School in Northumberland. The work was completed during the summer holidays when the weather was warm and sunny. The tarmac was of good quality and teh ground was dry and dust free, our intallation team of Harry Knoxy and Stevie we in heaven!
On completion of the work, which was on the instructions from the chair of governors, Jacqueline Rowell, we received on of our best reviews ever,

Sports Mult-courts for Newcastle Primary School
first4playgrounds have recently completed an installation of thermoplastic playground sports markings at Battle Hill Primary School in Newcastle upon Tyne. The school requested two sports courts with netball, basketball and foolball to assist in PE lessons as well as sectioning the football from the rest of the school during break times. Year 4 teacher Kevin Hughes we very please with the playground markings, "we are all very impressed with our new lines. Thanks again."
New Logo and Markings for Alderman Jacobs primary School In Whittlesey Peterborough
first4playgrounds have recently completed another installation of playground markings at Alderman Jacobs Primary School in Whittlesey, Peterborough. The markings included relining a Snakes & Ladders and a Rocket Hopscotch, a new 1-25 Spiral and an Alphabet Caterpillar. Infront of the main entrance we installed a school logo showing the staw man who is a local legend to the area.
Playground Marking a-z Snail Long Whittenham Pre-School Oxfordshire
first4playgrounds have just completed the installation of an a-z Snail at Long Whitton pre school in Oxfordshire. The installation team were blessed with warm early spring sunshine.
Emma Thatcher the co-treasurer of the pre school was so pleased with the installation she gave us this glowing review:

New playground design for Walton Primary School in Northumberland
first4playgrounds have installed thermoplastic playground markings at Walton Primary School, Morpeth, Northumberland. The school were very pleased with their playground cycle track, standing long jump, sports court markings and educational games. Teacher Joanne Campbell commented:
"Thank you very much. The service you provided was excellent. You were very adaptable to the timings of our school day and our needs. What is excellent is that the markings were tailored to suit our needs. We adapted the brochure ideas and nothing was a problem. I can't wait for phase two to begin. Thank you for a promt service."
St Mary's Primary School, Stanley County Durham
In February 2015 first4playgrounds completed an installation of playground markings at St Mary's Roman Catholic Primary School in Stanley, County Durham. We were asked to design an exercise track with fitness stations for the children to use at break times as well as during their PE lessons. They also required a number of our traditional markings including Sunflower Hopscotch, a Rocket Hopscotch and a 0-20 Dragon.
Lindsey Soultar of St Mary's Primary School was so pleased with the overall job done by first4playgrounds she commented:

Welburn Hall Community Special School, North Yorkshire
The markings were installed on recently replaced tarmac play area which included a 1-25 Crocodile, a Rocket Hopscotch and What's the Time Mr Wolf game. We also provided an a-z Snake from a classroom door to the playground as well as a sunflower hopscotch and rainbow in the sensory garden area.
During the installation the children were excited and enthralled with the new additions to their playground areas. They were a polite, happy group of children who provided our workmen with a continuous supply of cups of tea and cakes throughout the job.
At first4playgrounds we would like to say a big thank you to all of them especially the boy who provided the meringue cakes! The school were so please with their new playground markings the headteacher sent us the following reference:

St Thomas Primary School, Barrowford Yorkshire
first4playgrounds installed playground markings to St Thomas Primary School's Key Stage 1 playground in Barrowford, Yorkshire including a 3 way Rocket Hopscotch, an Activity Trail and a 1-36 Snakes & Ladders game. The headteacher was so pleased that she asked us to add more playground markings to the original plan on their Key Stage 2 playground. These markings included a fitness trail with a sprint at the start and the finish with 6 excercise stations. The headteacher Mrs Michelle Wright gave us this glowing reference:

Ack Priory Primary Academy, Acton London
ARK Priory Academy was completed in 2012 and has been open for 2 years. As part of the original playground design a number of playground games and sports court markings were included by the architects. Once the children began to use the playgrounds the headteacher Jacqueline Steele realised that more educational and physically challenging markings were required.
first4playgrounds were instructed to install a number of additional thermoplastic playground markings into the remaining areas including an Activity Trail, a 1-20 Alphabet Snake, a 1-10 Dinosaur and a Alphabet Spiral.
When the work was completed all the staff were really pleased with the markings as well as the installation work carried out by first4playgrounds. The caretaker was so impressed that he informed the installation team that he had already contacted some of his colleagues in neighboring schools recommending first4playgrounds for playground markings.
Spire Infants, Chesterfield
first4playgrounds we instructed to design and install a bike and scooter road track at Spire Infants School in Chesterfield over the October 2014 half term holidays. The infants school wanted a coulorful track with some interesting additions including a petrol station car wash and garage as well as traditional playground road markings such as roundabouts, trafffic lights and zebra crossing. We also included parking bays inside a covered shed and designated areas for parking their balance bikes and scooters.
Deputy Headteacher Sue Myhill commented, "Thanks for the markings - they look great!! We look forward to using your services again in the future."
St Patricks Primary School, Durham
In December 2014 first4playgrounds completed an installation of thermoplastic playground markings at St Patrics Primary School in County Durham. There were two playground areas to be covered, the infants playground at the front of the school and the Key Stage 2 play area at the rear. In freezing conditions the workmen completed the markings as the winter sun went down.
The infants yard got a bespoke bike track with petrol pump, parking bays and a zebra crossing, a colourful 1-64 Snakes and Ladders game, a Dance Class Moves activity area and a Rocket Hopscotch.
In the Key Stage 2 playground we installed a lager 1-64 Snakes & Ladders game using 400mm squares, another Dance Class Moves, two large Hopscotch games and a football pitch.
Mrs Burnside the Headteacher was so happy with the markings she personally thanked all the installation team on completion and commented, "the children have been so please with markings. I looked on the cctv camera and could see them playing on them all day. Thank you very much."
